So, yea... from November till May. That's quite the time period. I have to say winter was quite the lull creativity-wise. Also, my hands were giving me quite the problems. Anyway, now that spring is here I feel a new sense of "je ne sais quoi." I went for a walk around the East Side with my Canon and took a bunch of photos. Some I am quite pleased with and I posted a few hours ago. Some, eh... what can you do? Also, I signed up for a photograpy class that will begin June 19th. Just a basic intro class. I am very excited and nervous. I am very shy about the work I do which is why having this site is very helpful... haha. I don't exactly have to be like... oh, look at my pictures. People can just sort of stumble upon it themselves.

Other news, my grandfather made me this beautful desk out of oak and some other wood. The top raises like a drafting table. I'll take some pictures of it soon and post it under scraps maybe... I don't know. I havent done any drawings or pastels lately... my hands have still been bothering me. Soon, though... The camera doesn't put as much strain on my hands, so I have been doing more photo work.

The other thing I am finding is that I notice a lot of good shots almost everywhere I go. I need to get into the habit of taking my camera with me pretty much everywhere! Haha.
